What We Do
We don’t just build pretty websites that win design awards and lose you money. Every site we build starts with your real world: what you sell, who you actually like working with, and what a good client is worth to your business. Then we design the pages around that—so your best prospects see themselves, understand you quickly, and know exactly how to take the next step to work with you.

How We Work
We start with reality, not layouts: first your services, margins, and best‑fit customers. No generic brief, no “send us your logo and we’ll figure it out later.” You’ll see a one‑page outline of what your site must do to pay for itself.
We then design around that information: Pages, layout, and copy follow what we learn about your business—not the other way around. Every page, and every section, gets a clear job: attract, explain, reassure, or convert. If a block doesn’t earn its place in that journey, it goes.
All while keeping it honest: clear pricing, clear scope, and a straight answer if I don’t think a new site is the best move right now. You won’t be pushed into “more services” than you need—I’d rather your site performs well than your invoice looks big.
“We’ could have been stuck with an underperforming site for years. Instead, Steve built the whole new site in six weeks and we immediately started getting enquiries.”

Why Your Website Isn’t Getting Enquiries (It’s Not Google)
Before blaming Google, run these three checks on your own site. In most cases, low enquiries are a conversion problem — not a traffic problem.

Your portfolio shows what you've done. Your About page decides whether someone trusts you enough to get in touch. Here's how to make it do that job properly.

Should You Write Your Own Website Copy or Hire Help?
DIY or hire a copywriter? For most serious small businesses, the answer is neither — it's knowing which parts to own and which to hand off. Here's how to decide.
FAQ's
Mostly owner‑run service businesses and small teams (roughly 1–10 people) across South and Central Florida. If your work relies on enquiries, bookings, or consult calls, you’re in the right place. If you’re a huge e‑commerce brand or looking for a full ad agency, I’m probably not your best fit.
Most projects land between $3,000 and $10,000, depending on how many pages you need and how complex the site is. I use three fixed‑price packages so you know the range up front, and we’ll agree scope and price before anyone signs anything.
We start with a short fit call. If it makes sense to continue, I map out a simple site structure and content checklist, then move into design and build with two focused review rounds. Before launch, we test forms and tracking, and you get a short video walkthrough of how things work.
Yes. You can add an optional care plan that covers hosting, updates, security, backups, and a set number of change requests each month. If you’d rather handle hosting yourself, that’s fine too—I’ll still give you a clean handover.
A new site usually makes sense if: you’re embarrassed to send people to your current one, you’ve changed what you offer, or you’re getting visits but very few good enquiries. If you’re not sure, book a short call—I’ll tell you honestly whether I think you should rebuild now or wait.
